Past Shows
A non-comprehensive list of previous shows I have been involved in.
My first show. The first of three separate full length sets I wrote and performed over the span of 2018. Produced by me in partnership with the H.Art Lounge in Placerville, CA. Poster designed by me.
The second of three sets written and performed in 2018. Produced by me. Poster designed by me. Video of this performance, filmed by Sean Frame, available here. It sold out beyond intended room capacity.
The first burlesque show I was invited to have a guest performer spot on (I stayed clothed).
A New Year’s Eve concert/party I produced. Third of three different sets of 2018. The Countermen headlined. A drunk and rude woman in the audience broke my spirit at this show. Poster concept by me, designed by Trevor Matson. It sold out beyond intended room capacity.
Another burlesque show I did with the Scream Queens.
After a mental health hiatus, my first show in over half a year was here, once again as a guest of the Scream Queens. Also, fun fact, it was the day prior to my birthday.
My only full set from 2019, produced by me in partnership with Imagination Theatre. To date, the most ambitious show I have put on. Poster concept by me, design by Imagination Theatre (as you can tell from the colors and font). The show was mostly an attempt at catharsis for a very hard year. You can hear the Less Than Rad portion of this show here, while the full recording of my set is available here.
I played Howard, a nervous weatherman, in this show at Imagination Theatre. It was directed by Lanny Langston and Jeff Lathrop. It ran Feb-March 2020.
A comedy and music dinner show I produced for the Smith Flat House in March 2020. I headlined. It sold out beyond intended room capacity. I failed to make a poster for this one.
Another show where the Scream Queens and Love Horror Events had me on the set list. Took place Oct. 29, 2021.
A Twin Peaks celebration event that happened on Jan. 22, 2022. I got to perform David Lynch and Twin Peaks jokes in front of an audience that actually understood the jokes, and later I got to ask the cast members in attendance a question about Twin Peaks. Very neat.
In celebration of my finally graduating from college, I put on the largest and most ambitious show of my career yet on May 27, 2022. The venue was the historic (and very pretty) Colonial Theatre in Sacramento, CA. I produced the whole thing while still working through the last months of college, finals, and graduation. The show was a success despite some technical hiccups.
